Bukom Banku: ‘I will become a security guard in America when I retire’

Enigmatic Ghanaian boxer Braimah Kamoko, popularly known as Bokum Banku, has revealed he will consider taking up a job as a security man in the United States of America when he retires from the sport.

The 41-year-old tells renowned broadcast journalist Enoch Worlanyo on Asempa FM’s SportsNite show that he has about to active years to compete before he hangs his gloves from the sport.

“I’ve about two years to compete in boxing before I retire. When I retire I will seek for a job in America as a security man. I cannot become a security man in Ghana but in the United States of America I can become a security guard there,” he told Enoch Worlanyo.

Braimah first rose to prominence by winning a bronze medal in the Heavyweight 1999 All-Africa Games organized in Johannesburg, South Africa in September of 1999.
