The Local Organising Committee of the Accra 2023 African Games has named former CAF deputy General Secretary and Black Stars captain Tony Baffoe as a member of the Technical sub-committee.
The sub-committee is chaired by Dr. Emmanuel Owusu-Ansah with GOC President Ben Nunoo as the vice-chairman.
