CAF President Motsepe to speak at Forbes Under 30 Summit Africa in Botswana and meet football leadership

President of the Confederation of African Football (‘CAF’) Dr. Patrice Motsepe will arrive in Gaborone, Botswana on Monday morning, 25 April 2022 where he has been confirmed as a speaker and a participant at the Forbes Under 30 Summit Africa that is currently underway in Botswana’s capital.

The four-day programme that kicked off on Sunday at the Botswana Innovation Hub sees the CAF President headlining a distinguished panel of leaders in the spheres of business, sport and the arts where he will be unpacking a number of pertinent issues that can positively impact the growth of the African game, while also sharing his thoughts on the promise and power of the African Century.

Amongst those who will be in attendance is President of Botswana, H.E Mokgweetsi Masisi.

The CAF President will engage football leadership in Botswana. He is scheduled to meet President of Botswana Football Association MacLean Letshwiti, football leaders and the Federation leadership and also the Botswana Premier League clubs.

He will also meet the Minister of Sports Tumiso Rakgare.

On Tuesday, the CAF President will head to Pemba and Maputo in Mozambique for the launch of the Africa Schools Programme.
