Light heavyweight prospect Abdula leaves Streetwise, signs 3-year deal with ACE Power Promotions

Light-heavyweight contender, Ahmed Abdula, has signed a three-year managerial contract with ACE Power Promotions to enhance his career.

The undefeated fighter joined forces with ACE Power, a boxing syndicate that manages and promotes the likes of national featherweight titlist, Holy Dorgbetor, and super lightweight Robert ‘Stopper’ Quaye.

In an interview with the Graphic Sports after the signing ceremony, Abdula (4-0, 3 KOs) expressed his excitement about the deal and believed joining ACE Power Promotions would help him achieve his world title dreams.

Abdula added that he decided to team up with his new managers to ensure more activity in the ring, which he said, was key to his success.

“This is a happy moment for me because I really believe that joining ACE Power will help me to achieve my aim of becoming a world champion.

“It is one of the reasons I decided to join them because I know I have to be active in the ring to achieve that. I believe they will provide that,” said Abdula.

The General Manager of ACE Power Promotions, Isaac Amankwah, gave an assurance that his outfit was ready to work harder to transform Abdula into a world beater in the coming years.

“This is a good deal for us. Abdula is undefeated and we believe we can turn him into a world champion in the coming years.

“That is the goal and it starts right from now. He has the ability to become better and that is what we are looking at nurturing,” he explained.
