The University of Ghana was lighted up on Thursday when the MTN FA Cup arrived on tour, barely 72 hours to the 2023/24 grand finale this Sunday at the University Stadium, Legon, Accra.
Presented by a high powered delegation led by Ghana FA President, Kurt Simeon-Okraku and officials of telecommunications giants, MTN who sponsor the cup, the trophy was received by the Pro Vice-Chancellor of the University, Prof. Gordon Anwadare on behalf of Sunday’s hosts.
Bono regional sides, Nsoatreman FC and Bofoakwa clash in the 2024 decider with both on the verge of making history.
