Golden Kick FC are through to the final of the 2024/25 MTN FA Cup after beating Attram De Visser 3-1 in the semi-final at the T&A Stadium in Tarkwa.
An early own-goal from Dawuud Ishaque and a strike from David Amuzu six minutes later saw Golden Kick race to a two-goal first half lead before Bless Ege put the game beyond Attram De Visser just two minutes after the break.
Precious Yaw Gyimah scored late to pull one back for Attram De Visser but it was too late for a fightback.
Golden Kick and Attram de Visser reached the semi-final of the competition after major upsets, including eliminating record winners Hearts of Oak.
Following their impressive run in the competition, the two sides squared up in Tarkwa for a place in the final.
Golden Kick started the game brightly and their early pressure paid off, forcing Ishaque to make a mistake for the opener in the 16th minute.
Six minutes later, Amuzu finished a brilliant move for Golden Kick to double the advantage.
After dominating the first half, Golden Kick returned from the break even more determined and another swift move saw Ege fire home the third in the 47th minute.
With victory wrapped, Yaw Gyimah netted a consolation with three minutes left.
Golden Kick await the winner of Sunday’s other last 4 tie between Asante Kotoko and Berekum Chelsea in the final.
