Lewis Ritson was roared on by his supporters when he came face-to-face with Dejan Zlaticanin at the weigh-in ahead of Probellum Throwdown in Newcastle tomorrow night.
Ritson headlines the big night of boxing at the Utilita Arena, which also sees stand-out amateur Pat McCormack make his highly anticipated professional debut, and the atmosphere as the local hero hit the scales was a taste of what is to come on Friday.
McCormack, who faces a late change of opponent, features as the co-main event with Troy Williamson defending his British super-welterweight title on a packed card.
