The President of the Association, Kurt Simeon-Okraku, General Secretary Prosper Harrison Addo, Michael Osekre, football stakeholders, and supporters represented the football family at the ceremony at the Kotoka International Airport.
The former Sports Minister ET Mensah, who was very instrumental in procuring the Ghana Football Technical Centre at Prampram, died aged 77 in South Africa, last week, after battling ill health.
Enoch Teye Mensah was also a Minister for Education and a Member of Parliament in Ghana from January 1997 until January 2017.
He was also a former Minister for Employment and Social Welfare, Water Resources, Works and Housing
He was popularly referred to as ET Mensah and was married with seven children.
The Ghana Football Association sends it condolences to the Kley Abodo Family of Prampram and all in the football family.
