Referee Joseph Lamptey

The Premier League Board has appointed arguably Ghana’s best referee Joseph Lamptey to handle the weekend’s top-liner between Berekum Chelsea and Asante Kotoko.

Lamptey’s rich experience after showings at the Africa Cup of Nations and African Nations Championship makes him the best to officiate this high profile match.

His assistants are David Laryea and Ibrahim Ashong.

Kotoko are still searching for their first win and Chelsea buoyed by last week’s 0-0 draw at champions AshantiGold.

Saturday’s table-topping clash between Dreams FC and Wa All Stars at the Dawu Park will be handled by referee Sylvester Adjoku.
