Ghana’s athletes land in UK for 3-week pre-camp

Team campWith less than a month to the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Team Ghana have arrived at the South Ayrshire College in the UK to begin a three week pre-games camp.

The team left Accra for their base in three batches from Friday 27th June to Tuesday 1st July and have already started final preparations in earnest.

The country will be represented by ten sporting disciplines in Glasgow made of athletics, boxing, shooting, taekwondo, table tennis, judo, swimming, badminton, cycling and weightlifting.

The games start on 23rd July and end on 3rd August.
