Former Ghana International and skipper of Accra Hearts of Oak Sam Johnson has decide to give back to society in a grand style.
The star who regrets not to lift the African Cup, but takes consolation in the numerous victories of the national under 17, the Black Starlets and youth teams, Black Satellites and Black Meteors, as well as the splendid performance of Accra Hearts of Oak 2000 when they won the African Champions League and the Africa Super Cup says Ghana is a sports nation hence Ghanaians must be fit to live longer.
Sam Johnson with the collaboration of some influential Ghanaians have come together with ideas and strategies to build an ultra modern gym at Dansoman, Datus Junction, or the area most refereed to as “Foyoo Junction”.
The facility which will be commissioned on January 23, 2016 has all the facilities and equipments, including Tread Mills, body building weights of different sizes and shapes and an exclusive large space for aerobics and dancing.
Atta Kodom, Manager of the new Body Fitness Center at Dansoman told yours truly they are not yet ready, but people from all kinds of life and ages have stormed the place either to train or see if the rumor is true.
He said it is true that there is a new modern gym BFC, at Dansoman and the rates are very moderate with special consideration for corporate bodies and families.
Kodom, an expert in Marketing and Media as well as keen enthusiast of body building and lifestyle management said they offer patrons items like key holders and keys to lockers, half price massage, tee shirt, free towel, free wifi, and the opportunity to bring along a friend or visitor.
He expressed that there are very caring gym instructors and coaches to attend too clients and patrons who are always welcomed by a smiling secretary at the hospitable reception.
Kodom hinted that the secret of most people in the years to come will be Body Fitness Center (BFC)
