Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak will know their quarter-finals opponents for the MTN FA Cup when the draw is conducted on Thursday.
The draw will be staged live in the studios of Max TV.
Six Ghana Premier League clubs have made it to this stage of the competition with second-tier sides Kintampo Top Talent and Attram De Visser also in the hat for the draw.
Kotoko and Hearts who are both favourites could face each other.
The live draw is set to commence at 3 pm on Thursday.
