Ghanaian coach Kobina Amissah says he wants to make history in Ghana by qualifying more clubs from the lower tier to the Ghana Premier league till the Ghana FA bans him.
The history breaking Kobina Amissah recently spearheaded Bibiani Gold Stars qualification to the Ghanaian top flight and after parting ways with them, maintains he wants to he known as the coach to have brought many teams to the top in the history of the Ghanaian domestic football.
In an exclusive interview with Asempa FM, the tactician maintained he only needs clubs that have the ambition of qualifying to the Premier league, and expects to work for ambitious clubs.
“I want to break records, I want to be remembered as the coach that brought more clubs from division one to the Premier league, I want to continue qualifying many clubs till the Ghana FA bans me from coaching at that level,” Kobina Amissah jokingly said during the interview.
Amissah who has qualified 4 clubs from second tier league to the Premier league streseed that even though the lower tier league is very difficult to play, he has mastered the art of coaching there and believes he has acquired the requisite experience to succeed at that level.
“Its a very difficult league to coach in, I have surveyed all the zones, and have some knowledge in how to manage them, ots always a learning place,” he said.
