Botsyo Nkegbe receives ‘Man of Courage’ gong at 2021 Emy Africa Awards

Raphael Botsyo Nkegbe the current reigning Sports Writers Association of Ghana ( SWAG) Sports Personality of the Year was awarded at the Emy Africa Awards last night.

Botsyo Nkegbe was awarded with ‘Man Of Courage’ award by the organisers for his outstanding human personality as an athlete and a person with disability. Botsyo has won so many laurels for Ghana and has also represented the nation on the world map through Sports.

On receiving the award, Botsyo Nkegbe spoke to Alliance Plus Media that ” He is happy for this award and it will go a long way to motivate him and do well for more international recognition such what he was awarded last night”.

Botsyo Nkegbe currently is training adequately for the 2022 Commonwealth Games and 2023 African Games to be staged in Ghana.
