Dillian Whyte has signed the contract to face WBC world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury.
Whyte, who was the mandatory challenger for the WBC title, signed the contract with just hours to go until the 06:00 GMT deadline on Tuesday morning.
While a contract has been signed, there are still a few outstanding issues that need resolving before the fight is made official.
Reports have suggeted Fury and Whyte will go head-to-head on April 23rd with London’s Wembley Stadium being the frontrunner to host the fight. The Principality Stadium in Cardiff is also an option.
