The Black Stars squad have landed in Kumasi for Friday’s 2022 FIFA World Cup playoff game against the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
Ghana coach Otto Addo and the rest of the squad touched down in the Ashanti Region capital before 14:30 GMT after departing from Accra, Tuesday afternoon.
They were welcomed on arrival by the Regional Football Association executives and local fans before they boarding the team bus to their hotel.
The Black Stars are expected to hold their first training later today will train today as well as on Wednesday and Thursday before facing the media in a press Thursday evening.
The Ghana Football Association are urging Ghanaians to support the Black Stars in their quest to defeat Nigeria in Kumasi with the second leg slated for Abuja on Tuesday.
