Nigeria U-20 coach Ladan Bosso has named a 28-man squad for the upcoming WAFU U-20 Championship to be staged in Niger.
The Flying Eagles have been paired in Group B and will face Ghana’s Black Satellites and the Young Stallions of Burkina Faso.
The NFF has arranged two friendly matches in Niamey in order to put the team in good shape for the tournament.
Nigeria play Ghana in its opening game of the tournament before taking on Burkina Faso three days later.
The tournament kicks off from May 7-20, 2022 in Niamey.
Hosts Niger will face Benin Republic, Togo and Cote d’Ivoire in Group A.
