Ghana’s light heavyweight boxer Bastie Samir will go head-to-head with Cameroon’s Kamdam Kouengoeu in an 8-round bout on June 18, at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Accra.
Bastie, who handed Bukom Banku his first career defeat, is optimistic of a big win on Saturday.
“I’m fully prepared for this fight and I believe I will emerge victorious. This bout is very important for my career. I won’t disappoint Ghanaians,” Bastie told Joy Sports in an exclusive interview.
Promising Boxer Holy Dorgbetor will also be in action on the night as he faces Emmanuel ‘Akufo-Addo’ Quartey in an 8-round featherweight clash.
The event is put together by ACE Power Promotions, one of Ghana’s biggest boxing syndicates.
