Ghana’s Fastest Human finale billed for University of Ghana Stadium Saturday

The final of finals of the 2024 GNPC Ghana’s Fastest Human 100 meters athletics event will be held on Saturday June 29th at the new University of Ghana Sports Stadium Athletics Track.

According to Mr. Reks Brobby, the inventor of the concept, they have been able to stage 100 meter competitions for all the regions of Ghana for the under 15, Under 18 and seniors 18 and over, both male and female and next Saturday all the regional winners are coming to the University of Ghana to find out whom amongst all the winners gets crowned 2024 GNPC Ghana’s Fastest Human.

“In addition to the winners being presented with special prizes including the Official President Nana Akufo Addo trophy, they will also get attractive prizes from the sponsors towards their education and well being,” he said.

“For those that aren’t able to get US athletics scholarships after this, we will then select two male and two female and for one year,” he continued.

“We will take care of everything for them, if in school, their fees and extra tutors, accommodation, feeding with a certified nutritionist, medical help when needed, the best sprinting coaches and be kitted by the best sports brand in the world, Adidas! This has been going on for 11 consistent years and we are grateful to our sponsors and God.”

The guest of honour is expected to be the CEO of GNPC, Joseph Dadzie.

The event which is sponsored by GNPC, Adidas, Goil, Pippas Gym, Ghana Export Promotion Authority (GEPA), Wrenco Printing, Kriate Lync, Global Media Alliance, Moringa King and others is free to the public.

The GNPC Ghana Fastest competition has produced its sprint champions like Emmanuel Dasor, Beatrice Gyaman, Latifa Ali, Emmanuel T20 Yeboah, Shadrach Mensah, Joe Paul Amoah, Kate Agyeman, Desmond Aryee, Hor Halutie, Emmanuel Oduro Mensah, Benjamin Azamati, Sarfo Ansah, Grace Obour, Barnabas Agggerh and Janet Mensah.

Who wins 2024 final of finals? Be at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium to cheer the future national heroes this Saturday.

See all the local speedsters on the UG warm up track from 3pm to 6pm so we all see who amongst all the regional winners in the under 15, Under 18 and seniors categories get crowned GNPC Ghana’s Fastest Human 2024!

There will be free gate at Jamrock Jamaican restaurant who will be serving bad ass snacks and cocktails as part of the celebrations of Ghana Fastest Human 2024.
