Black Maidens open camp ahead of U-17 World Cup qualifier

Head Coach of the Black Maidens, Joe Nana Adarkwa has called up a preliminary squad of thirty (30) to resume camping in Prampram as the team prepares to participate in the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup qualifiers.

The Black Maidens are making a return to the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup Qualifier after some years of absence.

The first leg of the qualifiers will be honoured between April 10-12, 2026 in Lome, Togo with the return scheduled to take play in Ghana a week later.

The players are to report to the GFA technical center in Prampram on Tuesday, March 10, 2024.

The U-17 FIFA Women’s World Cup will be host in Morocco later in the year.
