Ghana’s U-15 girls team, the Black Damsels, have safely arrived in Harare, Zimbabwe, ahead of the CAF African Schools Football Championship – Continental Phase, 2026.

A 27-member contingent made up of 20 players and 7 team officials travelled to Zimbabwe for the tournament, which brings together the best U15 national schools football teams from across Africa.

The Black Damsels head into the tournament with confidence after emerging champions in the previous edition, where they impressed on their way to lifting the trophy in Ghana.

The CAF African Schools Football Championship has become one of the continent’s most important youth development platforms, giving young footballers the opportunity to showcase their talent while promoting education and grassroots football development.
