Ghana to open camp today for 2023 AFCON qualifiers

The Black Stars of Ghana will officially begin training today ahead of the 2023 AFCON qualifier  against Madagascar and Central Africa Republic next month.

Ghana coach Otto Addo has invited 33-players to camp to begin preparations for the doubleheader.

The team will train at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium at 4pm which will not be opened to the public.

Media sources gather that Bristol City forward Antoine Semenyo has joined the team’s camp after getting his first call up.

Otto Addo will get to train with a full house.

The Black Stars  take on Madagascar in their opening game on June 1 at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium.

Ghana will travel for the second game against Central Africa Republic which will be played in Angola.
