Ghana Cycling Federation visit sponsors Twellium Industrial Company

The Ghana Cycling Federation, in collaboration with the Africa Cycling Network, paid a courtesy visit to sponsors Twellium Industrial Company – Ghana at its factory located at Medie–Kotoku, as part of activities under the Tour du Ghana.

The delegation was led by Shaaban Mohammed, Secretary General of the Ghana Cycling Federation and Managing Director of ACNS, together with Rudolf Mensah, Equipment Director of the Ghana Cycling Federation, and Elizabeth Gyamfi, Media Personnel of the Federation.

The entourage also included cyclists Emmanuel Sesi of Royal Cycling Club, Volta Region, and Farrakhan Shaaban Mohammed of River Park Cycling Club, Eastern Region, both of who competed and played vital roles during the Tour du Ghana 2025.

The purpose of the visit was to present a citation and formally acknowledge Twellium Industrial Company – Ghana as the sole sponsor of hydration, providing Verna Water for a ten-day period to support over 200 participants during the Tour du Ghana.

A jersey was also presented to Twellium in recognition of its sponsorship of the Youngest Overall Verna Jersey and the Best Overall Breakaway Twellium Jersey for the November 2025 Tour du Ghana Black Star Experience.

The visit further included a guided factory tour, which offered firsthand insight into the production processes of Twellium products. The experience was both educative and inspiring for officials and athletes, deepening their understanding of industrial production, quality standards, and safety procedures.

The delegation was warmly received by Belinda Selase Kamasah of Twellium Industrial Company – Ghana, together with two key representatives from the Safety officer, Samuel Adjetey Annang and Quality Control officer, Leenatu Uthman Usuf in the factory departments, who guided the team through the factory and provided detailed explanations of the production processes.

The Ghana Cycling Federation and the Africa Cycling Network express their sincere appreciation to Twellium Industrial Company – Ghana for the warm reception and the valuable engagement.
