Black Queens midfielder Priscilla Okyere joins Israeli side Hapoel Beer Sheva

Black Queens central midfielder Priscilla Okyere has completed a move to Israeli women’s league side Hopael Beer Sheva.

The 26-year old inked a two year contract with the outfit after successful negotiations and passing her mandatory medical on Tuesday.

Okyere spent the 2020/21 league season with Ghana National Women’s Premier League giant’s Ampem Darkoa where she played an instrumental role for the Techiman based outfit. As the skipper, she led the team to the finals of the Women’s Premier League and the FA Cup but lost both to Hasaacas Ladies.

She comes with vase experience having played for Serbian giant’s ZFK Sparta Subotica and Spanish Women’s La Liga side Rayo Vallecano Femenino.

Okyere was part of the Ghana Black Maidens team that won bronze at the 2012 FIFA Under-17 Women’s World Cup and as well the Princesses squad at the 2014 FIFA Under-20 Women’s World Cup in Canada.
