More wins, more fans – Phobia!
Glorious Accra Hearts of Oak grossed GHC102,000 at the gate in their Ghana Premier League game against Bechem United at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday.
The Phobians had one of their biggest crowds this season compared to their first home game against New Edubiase at the same venue.
The management of the club last week increased the rates of their gates fees to the displeasure of the fans and so quickly it was reversed to the initial rates.
The spectators at the venue included members of the Japanese Community in the country who always troop in there, in their numbers to support compatriot Kenichi Yatsuhashi.
The coach says the best is yet to come as they are only at 40 % charging. They will be flying at 70% and hit over the skies at 100%.
Hearts of Oak next GPL game is against Inter Allies in Tema. The Phobians would be tested on the astro turf. Trust Hearts of Oak to rise to the occasion. The fans must show the colours again.
