Djibouti’s Arta Solar 7 have finally signed veteran goalkeeper Carlos Kameni after close to a year of his rumoured transfer.
The 37 year old Cameroon will join the club on a two-year contract in a free transfer deal during the current summer transfer window.

Djibouti’s Arta Solar 7 have finally signed veteran goalkeeper Carlos Kameni after close to a year of his rumoured transfer.
The 37 year old Cameroon will join the club on a two-year contract in a free transfer deal during the current summer transfer window.
Kameni, an Olympic gold winner and AFCON winner with Cameroon in 2000 and 2002 respectively will link up with fellow countrymen, Alex Song and Dany Tchounkeu.
Kameni last represented Turrkish club, Fenerbache where he left on mutual consent in 2019. He also featured for Spanish sides, Malaga and Espanyol between 2004 and 2017.
The club also has former West Ham forward, Diafara Sakho, a Senegalese on their roster.
Arta Solar 7 will play Kenya based Tusker FC in the preliminary round of the 2021/22 CAF Champions League in September.
