American-Ghanaian guard, Milan Acquaah is off to a strong start to life in the world of professional basketball after graduating from California Baptist University.
The 6 foot 3 inch player who can play the Shooting Guard and Point Guard positions is in his debut season as a professional player in the Cypriot Basketball League.
In two games for EN Paralimni, the 24 year old has led the team to a 65-54 win over Etha and a 62-57 win over Achilleas in as many games.
Acquaah is averaging 21.5 points, six rebounds and five assists across two games as the starting Shooting Guard ahead of Paralimni’s tie against Omonia on Monday, October 18.
Paralimni is in second place in the 12 team top flight league in Cyprus and is one of only two teams yet to lose a game in the regular season thus far. League leading AEK Larnaca has the same record while Omonia ranks eighth in the standings with a win and a loss.
