Match-day 3 of the 2021/22 Division One League saw some exciting games played across the various match centres.
In Zone One, Tamale City showed no mercy as they defeated BA United 5-1. Wa Yassin and Nsoatreman played out a 0-0 draw. Baffour Academy defeated Steadfast 2-1. Nkoranza Warriors and WA Suntaa drew 0-0 and Bofoakwa defeated Unity FC 2-1.
In Zone Two, Frank Awere scored the only goal of the game as Samartex defeated Nzema Kotoko 1-0. Hasaacas were 2-1 home winners against New Edubiase. Soccer Intellectuals and Ebusua Dwarfs drew 1-1, whiles BYF defeated Wassaman 3-2.
In Zone Three, Vision lost 2-1 at home to Mighty Jets, their 3rd defeat of the season. Uncle T fought back twice to draw 2-2 against Liberty Professionals. Abdul Razak’s 2nd minute goal earned Heart of Lions a 1-0 victory against Kotoku Royals in Kpando.
Accra City thrashed Golden Kicks 3-0. Akatsi United defeated Kwaebibirem 2-1 and Susubribi played 0-0 against Nania FC.
