Sulley Muntari played his best game in a Hearts of Oak shirt as he was instrumental in the club beating Asante Kotoko to the President’s Cup on Friday.
Muntari started his fifth consecutive game for the Phobians after signing a one-year deal last month.
The 37-year-old dazzled at the Accra Sports stadium as he ended the first half with the most touches of the ball.
Muntari continued in the same vein and continued to be a pain in the middle of the park for the Porcupine Warriors.
The 2010 Champions League winner brought two good saves from Ibrahim Danlad and was constantly a threat from set-pieces.
Muntari becomes the only player to win the Champions League, FA Cup, Serie A, Coppa Italia, Super Copa Italiana, Club World Cup, and President’s Cup.
