Ghana forward Kwabena Owusu scores seventh goal of the season in Ankaragucu’s win against Balikesirspor

Ghana forward Kwabena Owusu scored in Ankaragucu’s 2-0 away win against Balikesirspor in the Turkish Lig I on Sunday.

The 24-year-old returned from suspension to score his side’s opening goal of the game in the 13th minute.

Ankaragucu playing away from home went into the break leading the tie courtesy Kwabena Owusu’s goal.

After recess, Yasin Gureler increased the lead for Ankaragucu with the second goal.

The win sees Ankaragucu top of the table with 66 points and are currently in pole position to qualify to the top-flight next season.

Kwabena Owusu has scored seven goals in 20 appearances for Ankaragucu this season.
