Midfielder Benjamin Afutu Kotey has joined Saudi Arabian outfit Altaqadum Football Club.
The Saudi Arabian second division side announced the signing of the former Hearts Of Oak talisman on their Twitter handle on Tuesdat evening.
However, the club did not reveal the number of years Afutu penned down after passing the mandatory medical checks.
It would be recalled that Egyptian club, Eastern Company SC terminated the contract of Benjamin Afutu just after nine months.
The Ghanaian midfield powerhouse joined the Egyptian club from the Phobians after the 2020/21 season.
Before leaving Ghana, there were efforts from Hearts of Oak for a contract extension deal but he refused.
Subsequently, after joining Eastern Company SC, Benjamin Afutu’s name went missing as he struggled for playing time at Eastern Company SC.
