Ghana’s Grace Asantewaa fires Real Betis Féminas to top half of Spanish Women’s League

Black Queens midfielder Graces Asantewaa fired her Spanish Iberdrola side Real Betis Féminas to the top half Position of the table when she opened the scoring in their match week 8 game against Athletic Club Féminas.

The game played at the Ciudad Deportiva Luis de sol saw the Ghanaian registering her name on the score sheet as early as the 4th minute, a goal that opened the floodgates for her side.

Real Betis went on to score 3 more goals in the 20, 30, and the 34th minutes of the first half.

thletic Club Féminas got a goal back in the 61st minute, before an own goal from Lucia Leon gave them a further consolation ending the game 4-2 on Betis Behalf.

Betis have now gone on 2 consecutive win with Grace Asantewaa scoring in both wins.

The Ghanaian has scored 3 goals in 8 matches as a midfielder, and is poised to help her side challenge the Iberdrola title.

The Black Queen is proving as a perfect addition to Real Betis since arriving from Logrono in the summer.
