Legon Cities transfer-list Asamoah Gyan, 8 other players, target young talents on local scene

Legon Cities FC have intensified their preparations for the 2021/22 domestic football with mass release of underperforming stars to create room for upcoming footballers.

The Accra based side limped across the line last season to avoid surprise relegation despite parading some of the most revered names on the local terrain.

New head coach, Maxwell Kwabena Konadu, a fan of young and talented footballers, appear to have an antidote to the Royals’ poor run of form with some household names penciled for either loan moves or outright sales.

Former Aduana Stars FC ball winner, Elvis Opoku, leads a list of nine footballers that includes  Richmiond ANtwi,  Romeo Oppong and Raphael Ocloo.

The list also has Asamoah Gyan and the versatile Justice Anane as seen below:

Shamsu Alhassan , Baba Mahama Jonas Anaya, Elvis Opoku, Oppong Romeo, Asamoah Gyan Richmond Antwi , Raphael Ocloo, Cephas Doku, Justice Anane.
