Ghana Navy Basketball Club has registered a second big win over Accra Flames in the 2021 Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division II.
Earlier today at the Prisons Court in Cantonments in Accra, Navy run off to a 96-31 win over Flames in the first of three games played at the league venue.
Today’s contest was pretty much a repeat of what transpired in the first round of the Regular Season between the two teams. That contest was played in very warm temperatures and also had Navy walk away with a big win (84-32).
Flames got into the 30 point column very late in the fourth quarter via put back dunk but Navy Guard Richard Donor scored a three pointer and Center Obuobisa completed a three point play to end the game.
Later in the day, TUSK Foundation beat Basketball School Academy (BSA) 80-44 while Tudu Galaxy beat Kaneshie Swanlakers 60-55 to close out the fixtures.
Ghana Navy remains unbeaten after five games in Group C of Division II.
