National Sports Authority donate table boards to Ashanti Regional Table Tennis

The National Sports Authority (NSA) led by the Board Chairman, Hon Seth Panwum Boyoyo, and the Director-General, Prof Peter Twumasi, yesterday at Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi during the maiden match of Asante Kotoko SC since the renovation of the stadium, donated five (5) sets of playing tables and numerous accessories to the Ashanti Regional Branch of Ghana Table Tennis Association (GTTA).

This forms part of the Authority’s ongoing drive to equip least-financed sporting disciplines.

The items were received by the Vice President of GTTA, Mr. Kwaku Frimpong, and assisted by his regional executives.

Also present at the ceremony were NSA Ashanti Regional Director, Mr. Emmanuel Kojo Appiah, and his management members.

The Ashanti Region branch of GTTA is doing very well and various projects are being embarked targeting the districts while aiding players to get more training and competitions.
