ACE Power Promotions sign young boxer Samuel Martei Laryea on 3-year deal

Ghanaian boxing syndicate, ACE Power Promotions (APP) have signed a managerial and promotional contract with boxer Samuel Martei Laryea last Friday at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel, Accra.

Already a professional, Martei Laryea a former member of Ghana’s amateur boxing team, Black Bombers who fights in the bantamweight division agreed to a 3-year deal with the firm.

Prior to the signing, the 22-year old boxer had fought twice, won one via knock out with no defeat.

Speaking at the event, General Manager of ACE Power Promotions, Mr. Isaac Amankwah described the undefeated Laryea as one who can win titles for Ghana when well nurtured.

“We see a lot of potential and hunger in Sammy and as a firm, we intend to nurture him to bring a world title to Ghana. We will have him for the next three years and I can assure you he will take the world by storm,” he said.

Samuel Martei Laryea thanked ACE Power Promotions for believing in his craft and assured his new team of making them proud.

ACE Power Promotions have under their belt current Ghana national featherweight champion, Holy ‘Jaw Breaker’ Dorgbetor and Robert ‘Stopper’ Quaye who holds the UBO intercontinental championship title.
