Brimah’s 23 points helps Oostende extend winning streak in Belgium

Ghana Centre, Amida Brimah has played a lead role in Filou Oostende’s winning streak extension in the Belgian Pro Basketball League.

Oostende’s 18th win in as many games came via a 100-90 win over Spirou Charleroi in the just ended round of league games in the 2021-2022 Regular Season.

Amida led Filou with 23 points, seven rebounds and two steals in 24:53 minutes to pace the game in scoring and rebounding categories respectively.

Surprisingly, Brimah who is noted for shot blocking skills ended the game without a block; his performance marks third game in a row Brimah has scored in double figures.

Brimah scored eight of 12 two point shot attempts and scored seven of 10 free throw attempts in the contest that had three other Filou players score in double figures.
