Ghana Premier League club Legon Cities Football Club have announced a sponsorship agreement with bookmakers 1xBET.
The one-year partnership makes 1xBET the club’s title sponsor and kit sponsor until 2023.
A joint statement issued by the two entities said: “The start of the cooperation with Legon Cities FC is a landmark event for 1xBet, as this is our first sponsorship agreement with a soccer club from Africa.”
“Together with the world-famous betting brand, we will achieve new heights both on and off the field”.
Legon Cities has also promised a host of activities including promotions, contests, and advertisements as part of the partnership.
