CAF President to attend COSAFA AGM in Namibia this week, meet country’s head of state

CAF President, Dr Patrice Motsepe will visit Namibia this week for a meeting with the Head of State His Excellency, Hage Geingob and also attend the COSAFA General Assembly.

President Motsepe will arrive in Namibia on Thursday, 12 May 2021 and visit President Geingob at State House in the capital, Windhoek the same day at noon.

On Saturday, 14 May 2022, President Motsepe will attend the COSAFA General Meeting also in Windhoek.

President Motsepe has been meeting several Head of States and private sector in Africa to foster closer relations between football, government and businesses.
Also chief amongst the President’s objectives is the investment in football infrastructure development and also private sector investment in football.
