English side Everton are set to swoop for Marseille striker Andre Ayew, according to reports.
The 25 year old, who is a free agent at the end of the season, can play either as a wide man or as a second striker for the Merseyside club.
Premier League rivals Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester United, Newcastle and Tottenham have all been linked with the Ghanian while Hull attempted to sign him on transfer deadline day last month
However, the mirror reports that Everton are on the verge of signing Ayew on a pre-contract agreement when the winter transfer window opens next month.
Reports in Germany earlier this month suggested that Borussia Dortmund and Wolfsburg were also interested in signing the Marseille star.
