Stylish Hasaacas Ladies land in Cairo for Women’s Champions League

Looks and appearances matter and in the case of Hasaacas Ladies, they are determined to use their participation in the CAF Champions League to promote Ghana.

As they left Ghana to Cairo to participate in the maiden CAF Women’s Champions League, Sekondi Hasaacas Ladies chose to trade in their usual sporting kits for a more trendy outfit that also promotes Ghana.

Sporting a black t-shirt with the inscription ‘Visit Ghana’, the ladies complimented that nice top with a pair of trousers sewn with African fabric. They complete their outfits with a pair of sports shoes.

There could not have been a better platform to help the team be ambassadors of Ghana and promote its tourism.

This has been made possible by the Ghana Tourism Authority (GTA) who see the opportunity in Hasaacas Ladies participation in the competition as a good publicity platform for the country.

“There is always an opportunity when groups of people converge. Hasaacas Ladies are already ambassadors for the country given what they have achieved and we thought it was a good chance to combine style with a message, hence the decision to support them,” the CEO of the GTA, Mr Kwasi Agyeman explained their support for the team.

“Looks and appearance also matter, and in this case, it was important the Ladies look good and feel confident about their appearance”.

Hasaacas Ladies are in Cairo for the maiden edition of the CAF Women’s Champions League which kicks off on Friday, November 5 to November 19.
