Mr. Aboagye recounted how his benevolent ties with boxers Manyo Plange and Fredrick Lawson increased his interest in the sports and has inured to him setting up a management outfit: Kurrency Boxing Management.

He opined that his ultimate aim was to facilitate and promulgate the rise of world champions and in essence reduce crime and social vices among the youth by providing a platform where they can be gainfully employed, earn a livelihood and realise their dreams.

The event was graced by traditional ruler Nuumo Kla and parliamentary aspirant Alfred Nii Ashie Kotey who took turns to applaud the management outfit, advise the boxers and also recognize the efforts of Coach Lokko.

During the event, the Bronx Boxing Gym showcased its national, international, inter-regional and continental champions: Daniel Gorsh, Jacob Dickson, Felix Ajom, John Abaja Laryea and newly crowned West Africa championships, Jacob Tetteh Laryea.

The newly signed boxers thanked their new manager for reposing confidence in them and pledged commensurate output.
