Zambia’s boxing icon Patrick Chinyemba is over the moon.

Chinyemba put up a sterling show, dominating the five-round bout.

An excited Chinyemba, a gold medallist in the 2022 Africa Championships in Maputo and Commonwealth Games bronze medallist, said this is one of his most memorable day in his boxing career.

“I’m so happy for being the first African winner in IBA Champions Night, I’m very grateful for IBA President Umar Kremlev and team for giving this chance, I ask them to include me in more Champions Night fights,” said Chinyemba.
