The press launch for election 2016 Peace match games was officially held at the Sunlodge hotel in Tesano, Accra.
The launch served as a set off for a Peace match game between two celebrities in the country Akwesi Boadi popularly known in the movie industry as “Akrobeto” and Comedian Benson Nana Yaw Oduro Boateng also known as funny face who will form their teams for a football match.
The game which comes off at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday March 6 will bring together honorable members of the Parliament, Political Party executives, the Christian council led by Dr Kwabena Opuni Frimpong as well as our Muslim brothers led by Chief Imam Sheik Osmanu Nuhu Shaributu.
Some popular Musicians namely, Abrantie Amakye Dede, Gospel Musician Patience Nyarko etc are also expected to grace the occasion.
The activity which is organized by the Despite Group of Companies is expected to create peace and harmony among Ghanaians ahead of the November General elections.
Kick off time is at exactly 1pm and gate opens at 10am on Sunday
