Cowbell Sponsors Ledzokuku North – Krowor Primary & JHS sports

Promasider Ghana Ltd producers of Cowbell are for the first time sponsoring the local inter Primary and Junior Secondary Schools (JHS) Athletics Competition at the Ledzokuku North – Krowor Cluster of Schools Park at Teshie.

Eight schools are participating and running  for honours  in the Primary with six schools taking part in the JHS events.

Some of the events are 100m, 800m, 1500, high jump, long jump, discuss, 4x400m, 200m, triple jump, 5,000m, 3,000m, shot putt and4 x 100m.

Joseph Ashong, Brands Manager of Cowbell said the brand has caught up with the kids, and after successfully supporting the second cycle and tertiary institutions, it is time to get back to the roots and develop the grass roots.

He noted that athletics must be guided and nurtured at the tender age to develop fully in all aspect. According the Mr. Ashong the children believe in Cowbell that they would be intelligent and strong and that mentality is a winning spirit.

He urged teachers and parents to feed their wards with the nutritious brand for the youth and kids.

Mrs. Vida Adjei PE Cordinator thanked Cowbell for the support and prayed that the gesture would continue to the finals and continue in the years to come.

The two day event which started on started on Wednesday, March 9 and ends on Thursday March 10, 2016 in being organised under the distinguished patronage of Yaw Owusu Danquah , Municipal Director of Education, Mrs Rita Agyei Twum, Circuit Superviser,  Ledzokuku North  and other distinguished teachers who are passionate about sports and development of the children.
