Arsenal starlet Marcus Agyei-Tabi abandons Ghanaian name

Arsenal teenager Marcus Agyei-Tabi has officially forsaken his Ghanaian heritage by changing his surname.

The 16-year-old midfielder who was born to a Ghanaian father and an English mother in Ireland is now known as Marcus Mc Gouane.

Footballmadeinghana.com can exclusively reveal that Agyei-Tabi had to changed his Ghanaian surname earlier this month upon the advice of some people around around him.

The talented youngster signed his first professional contract with Arsenal last month and has been in good form with the seniors in training.

Though eligible to play for Ghana, and England, he has represented the Irish at the Under 17 level.
