Assist King: Black Stars midfielder Daniel-Kofi Kyereh provides 6th assists for St Pauli in Bundesliga 2

Ghanaian offensive midfielder Daniel-Kofi Kyereh provided his 6th league assist of the season in the Bundesliga II on Sunday when St Pauli thrashed Dynamo Dresden 3-0.

The 25-year-old set up the opening goal for Christopher Buchtmann at the Millerntor-Stadion on the 2nd minute as the former Bundesliga campaigners their 6th victory of the season which has pushed them to 1st on the league log.

Kyereh, born in Accra to a German mother and a Ghanaian father, has been capped once by Ghana as he earned his Black Stars debut during last month’s FIFA World Cup qualifier against Ethiopia.

He has now set up 6 goals for his teammates in the league and has scored twice himself.
