Ghanaian forward Gabriel Dadzie wins fourth goal king title in Djibouti

Ghanaian international, Gabriel Dadzie won the Golden Boot award having scored 26 goals in the just-ended 2022/23 of the Djibouti Premier League.

The 26-year-old, who has been in prolific form for Djibouti Télécom in the just-ended campaign achieved this feat with 16 appearances.

He led them to second place on the league log, two points shy of the league winners.

This is his fourth Golden Boot award since moving to the Horn of Africa in 2018.

He signed for Arta/Solar7 in 2022, helping them win two consecutive league titles, their first league titles in history.

The Ghanaian striker however received a call-up to the Djibouti national team ahead of their 2023 CHAN qualifier against Burundi having nationalised for the country last year.

Gabriel Dadzie scored, assisted and won the Man of the Match as Djibouti trashed host Mauritius 3-1 in a 4 Nations Tournament yesterday. They play Pakistan next.
