Bismark Mensah takes over at Great Olympics

Accra Great Olympics have appointed Bismark Mensah as head coach of the team after the club decided to part ways with Yaw Preko over unsatisfactory results.

After just five months in charge, Yaw Preko, 41, has been unsuccessful in his quest to impress management of the club after accumulating 23 points in the first round of the Betpawa Premier League.

With the club currently clogged on the 11th position of the league after 6 wins, 5 draws and 6 loses, the former Karela FC coach will be tasked with a duty to re-enact some confidence in the team when they clash with Bechem United in second round of the league in Accra.

The contract between the club and Bismark Mensah is expected to end in 2026.
