The modern Zayed Sports Complex, with capacity for 3,000 people, will be the venue where athletes from different parts of the world will compete for the title of IFBB World champion.

SHANDONG, CHINA
China Bodybuilding Association (CBBA) organised in the city of LinYi, the origin of Chinese culture with 5000 years of history, in Shandong Province, the CBBA Bodybuilding and Fitness Championship.
An event that brought together the best athletes in the region in a fantastic spectacle full of colours and sport with the presence of hundreds of competitors and authorities.

ACSM (American College and Sports Medicine), detects world trends such as: exercise at home, in a group, exercise to regulate body weight, technology applied to fitness to control the body’s response, the continuous and growing request for a license for trainers required by fitness professionals, the interest in outdoor fitness activities and a trend that reinforces the importance of fitness as a sporting activity: the gradual and progressive incorporation of the elderly, the elderly, with trendy music and an atmosphere nice to do fitness and improve your health situation and prolong life in gyms at special hours.
This explains the enormous success of the Fitness Challenge that takes place under the auspices of the IFBB in all parts of the world, in hundreds of tournaments and where the number of participants in each event exceeds each year and each competition one after another, the number of competitors that address high competition, with gender equality and in multiracial events that fill the capacity of the competition rooms. It is fantastic to see friendship and competitive talent, with intergenerational solidarity in each tournament.
